Join us and Front Porch Swingers for their 3rd annual Pod Bash! This event is geared toward listeners of their podcast, as well as listeners of the other amazing podcasters that will be joining us this year! It's a great way to party with the folks you listen to, while also meeting some wonderful lifestylers from across the country (maybe even the world). Pod Bash attendees become lifelong friends, building bonds that last beyond just the weekend's festivities. So if you're looking for a way to network with incredible people, this is the event for you! And what better place to do it than Sin City!

This event begins Thursday evening, with a kick-off meet and greet. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be pool parties during the day. If you choose to stay for the Sunday pool party, we can hold your luggage while you enjoy the festivities.

Check-in will begin at 4 pm on Thursday, September 28th. Check-out is at 11 am on October 1st. 

What to Expect:

- Daytime pool parties at the venue's topless-optional pool. We will have a DJ, MC, pool games, giveaways, and more! There is a cash bar as well as bottle service available at the pool. 

- Nightly themed parties! We're doing things a little differently this year. Your ticket will include access to 2 of the absolute best lifestyle clubs in the country ;). These will be private parties, allowing our group to have full access to all of the amenities of each club. Transportation will be provided to and from the clubs throughout the evening, allowing you to come and go as you please at no additional cost to you. 

- Our 3rd annual Poker Run! A chance to give to charity while also having an absolute blast! 

- Rope demos and other related opportunities, provided by Swinky Life

- Additional activities and chances to mingle with your favorite podcasters. More info coming soon on who will be joining us this year!

 

Venue:

- Only ticketed guests will receive the name and address of the hotel. 

- This is a full hotel takeover, meaning the only folks staying on the property will be members of our site/ticketed attendees. 

- The hotel is a newly-renovated boutique hotel about 5 minutes off the Las Vegas Strip. It is a short 15 minutes from the airport and in a convenient location should you decide to venture out during the weekend. 

- There is a bar and restaurant on site, a pool bar, spa, fitness center, speakeasy, meeting areas, a patio dining area, and more. 

- More photos of the venue are available to ticketed guests upon request. 

 

Additional details: 

- Day passes will be offered only to those members will live locally. Quantities are VERY limited, and there will not be a waitlist. You must show a local ID when you arrive on the property to take advantage of the day pass. 

- There will not be an overflow hotel for this event. Once rooms are gone, they are truly gone. 

- Cancellation policy for this event: If you cancel 120+ days before the event, you will be refunded your ticket cost minus the processing fees. If you cancel within 120 days of the event, there will not be a refund offered, and no credit will be provided toward a future event. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this cancellation policy...Unless we sell out and can resell your room.

- This event is sold as a package. If you are unable to come for one of the evenings, we offer the opportunity to check in at any time throughout the weekend. But the price will not change. 

- If you need to add additional days, ie Sunday evening or Wednesday evening, please let us know. We will get you in touch with the hotel liaison who has helped us organize this weekend. 

- Payment plans are available for this event. The first half would be due up front, and the second half would be due 120 days prior to the event. Please note: Your card will automatically be charged on the day outlined in the confirmation email you receive. If funds are not available, you will receive an incomplete order notification, and your ticket will be on hold.
